| Honda NSR500 Saline Solution bike (1:24 scale) This model was left over from the collection of 1:24 scale MotoGP motorcycles. I painted it white and presented it to Dave Walker. He has put together a collection of Land Speed Record/Salt Flat race cars, known as "Saline Solution", but needed a motorcycle. Base Kit(s): Airfix Honda NSR 500 (kit number 02482) Finished: March 2024 Modifications/Additions: - Added clutch, brake and throttle cables - Meng bolt heads for swing arm bolt - Tamiya fine carbon fibre decals for rear fender and mufflers - Decal graphics cut from red decal sheet - Paint is Tamiya pure white directly from the spray can, Alclad polished aluminum over gloss black lacquer on frame, LP metallic orange for forks and various acrylics and Alclad for miscellaneous parts Click on Thumbnail to see detailed image.
