| Fiat Barchetta This model will eventually become part of a collection of "European Sports Cars I Will Never Be Allowed To Own". It was also built to compete in the 2023 'Topless' theme at the Toronto Model Car Contest. The model is a curbside kit from Fujimi and depicts the 1995 version of the car. Base Kit(s): Fujimi Fiat Barchetta (kit number 12614) Finished: July 2023 Modifications/Additions: - opened up the opening in the front of windshield and added mesh screen - flocking on floor - headlight, taillight and marker light buckets were treated with Molotow chrome - seat belts and seat belt catches added - head rest removed from seat and posts added - custom printed license plate - windshield black surrounds were masked and airbrushed - interior paint is XF-63 German gray with X-22 clear added, with body colour accents - body is Tamiya lacquer orange, followed by clear pearl (no clearcoat or polishing was done) Click on Thumbnail to see detailed image.
