| Fiat Abarth (new) I thought that a nice companion to the old Fiat Abarth I built in 2009, I would do the new Fujimi Abarth. I decided to do it in a different colour scheme than the original. I was also inspired by a 'Made in Europe' car theme award at Heritagecon 5 in Hamilton. I did have trouble with the decals as they are very thin. Base Kit(s): Fujimi 1:24 Fiat Abarth Finished: March 2011 Modifications/Additions: - Hobby Design photoetch set - emblems, grills, wipers, mirrors, etc. - silver coloured paper placed behind front grill so that the photoetch pieces would show up. - Replicas and Miniatures tire valves - paint is Tamiya Racing White on body, Tamiya acrylics elsewhere.
