Honda RC166 race bike
This bike is one of the most iconic in the history of motorcycle racing.  The in-line, six cylinder engine redlined at about 18,000 rpm
and power was delivered by a 7 speed transmission.  Ridden by Mike Hailwood, this bike won all 10 races in the 1966 season for
250cc motorcycles


Base Kit(s):   Tamiya Honda RC166 (kit number 14113)     

Finished:        Mar 2017

Modifications/Additions:
- Tamiya detail sets - metal front fork, clutch, photoetch chain, fasteners, metal rims and spokes
- Almost all bolt and bolt heads replaced with metal versions, including Phillips head screws on engine covers
- cables replaced with correct diameter wire
- paint is all Tamiya, as per instructions
